Flex4ex (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the controller of the personal data we process when you visit our website, create a profile or use our evaluation and simulated funded account services.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Information you give us

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, country and password.
• Identity verification — date of birth, government ID, proof of address and a selfie, collected before your first payout.
• Payment and payout details — billing address, transaction references and payout wallet or bank details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send to support, survey responses and feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Trading data — orders, positions, balances and platform logs from your simulated accounts.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed and login times.

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your profile and issue your trading accounts (performance of a contract);
• process payments, refunds and performance rewards (performance of a contract);
• verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations (legal obligation);
• monitor accounts for rule breaches, fraud and abuse, including detecting shared or linked accounts (legitimate interests);
• provide customer support and send service messages about your accounts (performance of a contract);
• improve our website, platforms and products (legitimate interests);
• send marketing emails and offers, where you have agreed to receive them (consent).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers — trading platform and technology providers, payment processors, identity verification partners, hosting, email and analytics providers who act on our instructions.
• Payout partners — banks and payment or wallet providers used to send your rewards.
• Authorities — regulators, law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to.
• Business transfers — a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or restructured.

If you took part in a public leaderboard, payout showcase or testimonial with your permission, the information you agreed to share (for example your first name, country and reward amount) may be displayed publicly.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, so your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

We keep personal data for as long as your profile is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering requirements — normally five years after our relationship ends. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, two-factor authentication options and regular reviews of our providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication in your dashboard settings.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential — keeping you signed in and securing your session. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences — remembering settings such as dashboard theme.
• Analytics — understanding how the website is used so we can improve it.
• Marketing — measuring campaigns and affiliate referrals.

Our Services are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we will delete any such data if we become aware of it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Services or the law. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and we will notify you of significant changes by email or in your dashboard.
